Once your case has been processed in court, the court may require you to report to an approved monitor on a monthly basis to insure that you are complying with the terms of your probation or diversion. Assessment Services provides monitoring services through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts. We send the court a monthly status report about your compliance. We currently provide monitoring services to over 25 area courts.
